The website Digital Camera Review has tested the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-G3 digital compact camera. This Sony camera is the first camera to feature a built-in web browser. Is this feature really useful? Lets hear what the reviewer think about the camera.

Digital Camera Review ends up giving the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-G3 a pretty good review if you are going to use the wi-fi and web browser features. If you are going to use the Sony only as a camera you might want to look elsewhere as the camera is pretty expensive and there is quite a bit of noise at higher ISO levels. On a positive side the reviewer finds the web browser to innovative, the camera has a big LCD screen and a nice amount of internal memory.

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W220 is a budget compact digital camera with 12.1 megapixels and 4x optical zoom. Camera Labs has tested this Sony camera so lets see if it is able to produce some good pictures.

Camera Labs ends up giving the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W220 a “Recommended” 79% rating. The camera scores highest on build quality and specifications while scoring lower on image quality. The reviewer finds the camera to have good value and it also have good handling. What it lacks is a bit better image quality because there are visible noise at all ISO levels combined with some color fringing and unsharpness close to the edges.

CNET UK has reviewed the Sony Cyber-shot DSCWX1 compact digital camera. This Sony camera feature a 10.2 megapixel Exmor R image sensor that is supposed to be good for low light photography.

CNET UK ends up giving the Sony Cyber-shot DSCWX1 a pretty good 8.0 out of 10 rating. The reviewer liked the design, features and how the camera performs in low light situations, but the photo quality could be better under some conditions.

Camcorder Info has reviewed the Sony HDR-CX500V high-end HD camcorder. This Sony camcorder has 32 GB of built-in memory and is able to record videos at 1920×1080 high definition.

-60p output
-Optical SteadyShot with Active Mode
-Built-in GPS antenna
-32GB of internal flash memory

Camcorder Info ends up giving the Sony HDR-CX500V a good review, but the camcorder has some shortcomings. The HDR-CX500V is able to take good videos in bright and low light, but the reviewer think it lacks some feature when you consider the high price. The reviewer was not a big fan of the touch screen and would prefer the controls that you get on other Sony models.
