Trusted Reviews has tested a color laser printer from Samsung. The printer is called Samsung CLX-3185FW and is a so-called multifunction printer that is able to print, copy, scan and fax in addition to having wireless connectivity.

Some key features for the Samsung CLX-3185FW:
-Print speeds up to 16 pages per minute in black and 4 pages per minute in color
-Print resolution up to 2,400 x 600 dpi effective output
-15-sheet Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)
-130-sheet input cassette
-USB 2, ethernet and wireless connectivity
-30% Toner Save mode to reduce printing costs

Trusted Reviews ends up giving the CLX-3185FW an overall score of 7 out of 10 possible points. The printer scores highest on available features, a little lower on value for your money and print quality while it scores lowest on print speeds. The printer does not take much space and it is easy to use, but color print speeds are pretty poor compared to other multifunction printer that are able to print color prints almost as fast as monochrome prints. If you do not print much color prints and does not need high capacity this might be your choice.

Samsung PL200

About.com has reviewed a budget camera from Samsung. The Samsung camera is called Samsung PL200 and has plenty of megapixels in addition to a 7x zoom lens and the ability record HD videos on SD memory cards.

Some key features for the Samsung PL200:
-14.2 megapixel image sensor
-7x optical zoom lens(31-217mm)
-Digital image stabilization
-3″ LCD screen
-720p HD videos using H.264 compression
-Uses SD and SDHC memory cards

About.com ends up giving the Samsung PL200 a very good review with an overall score of 4.5 stars out of 5 possible. For the price the PL200 seems like a great purchase. The reviewer finds many good points about the Samsung camera including fast response times, useful zoom range, the menu system works good and the autofocus is great. On the negative side we find that there other compact cameras out there with better image quality, but in this price class it is hard to beat the PL200. Sometimes the camera has a hard time to take photos indoors. Overall the PL200 seems like a good choice if you are a photographer on a budget.

CNET UK has reviewed the latest Samsung competitor to the Micro Four Thirds cameras. The camera is called Samsung NX100 and is the second camera from Samsung in their NX-line.

Some key features for the Samsung NX100 camera:
-14.6 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor
-3.0″ AMOLED display
-i-Function feature
-ISO sensitivity up to 6400
-720p video capture at 30 frames per second
-14 scene modes
-Uses SD and SDHC memory cards

CNET UK ends up giving the Samsung NX100 a good review with an overall score of 4 out 5 stars. There are several positive points with this Samsung camera including very good AMOLED screen on the back of the camera, fast and responsive, good controls and lightweight. But there are of course some negative points too since it did not get a full score and they are no built-in flash or viewfinder, plasticly body and the control wheel could be better. It seems like the reviewer find the camera from Panasonic and Olympus is better. Hopefully Samsung will release even better cameras later on with their NX-line.
