Printer Comparison has reviewed a multifunction color laser printer from Xerox that is targeted at small businesses. The Xerox printer is called is a 5-in-1 printer that is able to print up to 24 pages per minute, or so the manufacturer claims.

The printer scores highest on print quality where it gets almost a perfect score, a little lower on design, ease of use and print speeds, while it scores lowest on operational costs and support. On the positive side the reviewer likes the great print quality, how easy it is to use and the ADF. On the negative side they find some issues with automatic duplexing and it can not print Word documents directly from USB. Overall this is a good multifunction printer for the a smaller business.

Brother MFC-7860DW

About.com has tested a monochrome laser printer from Brother that is able to print wireless. The laser printer is called Brother MFC-7860DW and Brother claims it can print up to 27 pages per minute.

About.com ends up giving the MFC-7860DW a good review with an overall score of 4.5 stars out of 5 possible. On the positve side the reviewer finds aspects such as very fast print speeds, automatic duplexing and the wireless printing is easy to use. There are a few negative points including the LCD screen is a bit hard to read and it does not support printing from Blackberry devices. Seems like Brother has made a winner with this monochrome laser printer.

On the positive side the reviewer finds the printer very easy to use, it is quick and has some useful business features. There are some negative points too including its big size and USB port does not work with Word Docs.

Canon PIXMA iX6550

Trusted Reviews has test an A3+ color photo printer from Canon. The printer is called Canon PIXMA iX6550 and is able to print up to 11.3 images per minute, or so Canon claims.

The Canon printer scores highest on print quality and print speeds, while it scores a bit lower on features and value for your money. The reviewer likes that the printer is fast, has a high resolution and it has a small size. There are some negative points too including no LCD display, no memory card slots and the printer does not support wireless printing. If you are looking for a photo printer that is able to print large photos and does not need the most advanced features the iX6550 might be your choice.
