Letsgodigital.org has reviewed the Panasonic Lumix DMC FX150 compact camera that contains an image sensor with an impressive 14.7 megapixels. It will be interesting to see if so many megapixels crammed into a small sensor (1/1.72 inch image sensor) will effect the image quality.

Some key features for the Panasonic Lumix DMC FX150:
-14.7 megapixel sensor
-Image stabilization (MEGA O.I.S)
-3.6x optical zoom DC VARIO-ELMARIT lens (28-100mm, F2.8)
-2.7″ LCD screen

Letsgodigital.org ends up giving the Panasonic Lumix DMC FX150 camera a 76% score. The camera is able to produce pictures of high quality and has a very good menu system. The only downsides for the Panasonic Lumix DMC FX150 is noise at ISO values over 400, some chromatic aberration and do one really need 14 megapixels in a compact camera. If you are interested in high resolution and need a compact camera the Panasonic Lumix DMC FX150 seems like a pretty good choice.
