Trusted Reviews has tested the new high end compact camera from Canon called Canon PowerShot G16. This series of cameras has been very popular so it will interesting to see how the latest edition performs.

Some key features for the Canon PowerShot G16 camera:

-5x optical zoom lens (28-140mm f/1.8-2.8)
-ISO sensitivity 80 to 12800
-Video quality: 1920 x 1080 @ 30fps

Trusted Reviews ends up giving the G16 an overall score of 8 out of 10 possible stars. The Canon camera scores highest on design and image quality, a little lower on features and performance, while it scores lowest on value for your money where it only gets 6 out of 10 stars. If you have plenty of cash and look for an advanced compact camera that produces excellent pictures, this camera might be your choice.

It seems like Canon is finally jumping the mirrorless camera bandwagon. The camera will be called Canon EOS M and come with 18 megapixels in an APS-C sized sensor. The camera will also launch with two lenses (EF-M 22 f/2 STM & EF-M 18-55 IS), a new flash and a lens adapter for EOF lenses.

CNET UK has tested a new top of the line digital camera from Canon called Canon PowerShot G1 X. The Canon camera with a nice vari-angle LCD screen, over 14 megapixels and ability to record high-end HD video.

Some key features for the Canon PowerShot G1 X camera:
-14.3 megapixel image sensor
-4x optical zoom lens (28-112mm)
-3″ LCD screen with vari-angle
-1080P High-Definition Video
-Size: 116.7×80.5×64.7 mm

CNET UK ends up giving the G1 X an overall score of 5 out of 5 possible stars. That means it gets a perfect score! The reviewer enjoys aspects such as excellent image quality, very good build quality and great hardware functions. If there is something to nit pick about this camera there is the long macro distance and the microphone could be of higher quality.
Overall Canon has once again made a superb camera that is hard to beat for the other camera makers like Nikon and Panasonic.

Canon Pixma MG4150 web-enabled All-in-One printer test / review by CNET UK

CNET UK has tested a new Pixma printer from Canon called Canon Pixma MG4150. The Canon printer is able to print up to 9.9 images per minute, or so Canon claims, and you can print directly from your phone with this printer.

Some key features for the Canon Pixma MG4150 printer:
-Print speeds up to 9.9 images per minute in black and 5.7 images per minute in color
-Wi-Fi connectivity
-Web-enabled
-All-in-One that is able to print, copy and scan
-Able to print a 10x15cm borderless photo in approximately 44 seconds
-6cm LCD display

CNET UK ends up giving the MG4150 an overall score of 3 out of 5 possible stars. The reviewer likes aspects such as onboard wireless printing, it is relativity cheap to run and it makes good text prints. There are a few negative points hindering the inkjet printer from getting a higher score including slow print speeds and the graphic prints could been better. If you are looking for a cheap printer that is able to print from your cell phone or tablet, this might be your choice if you can live with the slow print speeds.
