Canon Pixma MX360

PCWorld has tested a budget printer from Canon. The Canon printer is called Canon Pixma MX360 and Canon claims it is able to print 4×6 borderless photos in about 43 seconds.

PCWorld ends up giving the MX360 an overall rating of 3 out of 5 possible stars which is not all that good. On the positive side the reviewer finds aspects such as fast draft mode, the quality of text prints is pretty good and it has an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). On the negative side there are points like no automatic duplexing, the ink is expensive and you get no wireless printing. If you are not the biggest print user the issue with expensive ink should not affect you.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-S3

Photography Blog has tested a budget digital camera from Panasonic. The camera is called Panasonic Lumix DMC-S3 and comes with over 14 megapixels and lens that starts at 28mm which is pretty wide.

The Panasonic camera scores highest on value for your money where it gets almost a perfect score, a little lower on design, ease of use and image quality, while it scores lowest on features. The reviewer finds the price tag of the Lumix DMC-S3 to be very nice and it is able to produce pictures of good quality. In addition the camera has a stylish design and it is easy to use. If you are looking for a cheap and capable compact camera this might be your choice if you are not looking for too many fancy features.

Epson Stylus SX525WD

Trusted Reviews has tested a multifunction printer from Epson. The printer is called Epson Stylus SX525WD and is able to print up to 36 pages per minute, or so Epson claims. Let us hear what the reviewer thinks about this All-in-One printer.

The Epson printer scores highest on features, value for your money and prints speeds while it scores a bit lower on print quality. Even though the claims from Epson about print speeds are too high this printer is pretty fast and comes with a low price tag. If the print quality had been better I’m sure that this printer would score even higher.

Samsung NX11

Photography Blog has reviewed the newest mirrorless interchangeable lens camera from Samsung. The camera is called Samsung NX11 and has a big 14.6 megapixel sensor that should make this Samsung camera a worthy competitor to the successful Micro Four Thirds cameras.

The digital camera scores highest on image quality and value for your money where it gets a perfect score. It scores a little lower on ease of use and design, while it scores lowest on features. The reviewer finds the NX11 to be the best system camera from Samsung yet and it seems like Samsung is handling the competition from Panasonic and Olympus very well. The feature looks very good if the interchangeable systems keep on producing such good cameras.
