Printer Comparison has tested the HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One printer. This HP printer is priced at only $99 and seems to be targeted at the student marked, but what is the quality of this printer?

On the positive side the reviewer find the price to be very low, it has a good fast mode and the touch screen is nice. There are a few downsides like that it is noisy and the photo quality. If you are on a tight budget this HP printer might be worth looking at.
