Brother HL-2250DN

Trusted Reviews has tested a mono laser printer from Brother. The printer is called Brother HL-2250DN is able to print up to 26 pages per minute in monochrome, or so Brother claims.

Trusted Reviews ends up giving the HL-2250DN an overall score of 8 out of 10 possible points. The laser printer scores highest on value for your money, a little lower on print speeds and print quality, while it scores lowest on features. The Brother printer has a very compact design so if that is important this one might be your choice. The print quality is pretty good except for grayscale graphics and photos.

Dell 1350cnw

Printer Comparison has tested a LED printer from Dell that is called Dell 1350cnw. This color printer is able to print up to 12 pages per minute in color, or so Dell claims.

-Print speeds up to 15 pages per minute in black and 12 pages per minute in color
-Print resolution up to 600 dpi x 600 dpi

Printer Comparison ends up giving the 1350cnw an overall score of 3.5 stars out of 5 possible. On the positive side the reviewer finds aspects such as compact size, wireless printing, the print quality is good and helpful software. There are some negative points including frustrating control panel and the print speeds are not what Dell claimed them to be. If you need a very compact LED printer with wireless connectivity this Dell printer might be your choice, but it does not have the fastest print speeds on the market.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX7

Photography Blog has reviewed a compact camera from Sony with some really nice specifications. The camera is called Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX7 and comes with over 16 megapixels, full HD video and a wide angle lens starting at 25mm.

Photography Blog ends up giving the DSC-WX7 a “Recommended” rating with an overall score of 4 out of 5 possible stars. The Sony camera scores highest on features where it gets a perfect score, a little lower on value for your money, design and ease of use, while it scores lowest on image quality. This Cyber-shot has some very nice features that one would not think should be in a budget camera, but this camera has them! If only Sony had worked a bit more on image quality and this digital camera would have gotten a better score.

HP Officejet Pro 8000 Enterprise

CNET UK has reviewed an inkjet printer from HP called HP Officejet Pro 8000 Enterprise. HP claims that this printer is able to make prints as good as a laser printer. Let us hear what the reviewer thinks about this inkjet printer.

CNET UK ends up giving the Pro 8000 Enterprise an overall score of 3.5 stars out of 5 possible. On the positive side this HP printer has a cool design, it does not cost much to run and the print quality is pretty good. On the negative side there are issues such as slow printing speeds and the quality of photo printing could be better. Overall this HP printer is pretty good, but there are better printers out there on the market.
