Canon PowerShot G11

Several photo rumor sites have reported specifications for the Canon PowerShot G11 compact digital camera. They are also claiming that the camera will be announced today (among with other Canon cameras). It is interesting to see that the rumors are claiming that Canon will use a 10 megapixel sensor on the G11. Maybe image quality will be the main focus on this camera. It is also a bit weird that it is lacking HD-video.

HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless

Printer Comparison has reviewed the HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless all-in-one printer. This HP printer is able to print, scan, fax and copy.

Printer Comparison ends up giving the HP Officejet Pro 8500 a pretty good review as it makes prints of very good quality and has some nice features. One downside is a bit slow print speeds compared to laser printers.

Olympus Mju 7010

Photography Blog has reviewed the Olympus Mju 7010 (also known as Olympus Stylus 7010 in some markets) compact digital camera. This camera feature 12 megapixels and a nice 7x optical zoom lens, but can Olympus deliver good image quality?

Photography Blog ends up giving the Olympus Mju 7010 / Stylus 7010 digital camera a 3 out of 5 star “Average” rating. It seems like other camera makers like Canon, Sony and Panasonic are able to make better compact cameras in this class. The Mju 7010 does not have the best results over ISO 400 and the image quality could be better over all. The reviewer likes some of the features of the camera like the responsiveness and intuitive menu system.

Trusted Reviews has reviewed the monochrome multi-function printer Lexmark X204n. This Lexmark printer is able to copy, scanning and use as fax machine.

Trusted Reviews ends up giving the Lexmark X204n a 7 out 10 points rating. The printer scores best at print speeds and features while scoring a bit lower on value. The reviewer had some problem with the print speeds, but after a call to Lexmark and a firmware update the printer worked much faster.
